Yesterday, I visited the William Eggelston exhibition at La Fondation Cartier with Sarah,
Todd and his girlfriend.

The show is focused on images that Eggleston took during the past three years
in Paris. Don’t miss it !

We had an amazing dinner at Café de Flore, eating like we were six instead of four…

No, this in not a crême brulée. This is full of cheese, bread and beer !

And we finally visited the really old bar/club Le Montana, next to Café de Flore, which reopened
its doors recently with an amazing new aesthetic designed by Vincent Darré.

A few months ago, NY photographer Todd Selby visited La MJC’s office to shoot
some pictures of me in my environment.

Most of his images are now exposed on the colette walls.

I post this video for many reasons:

First of all, because I used to hang out with Nabil when I was a kid and I’m happy for him to see how he found a place in the French rap game, with his own very particular style (he’s so scary as The Joker in this video). The street loves him today and he really deserves it.

Second, because I’m really surprised to see how French rappers are inspired by Kid Cudi Day’N'nite beat lately. This is probably the third or fourth video freestyle made in France that I see with this song.

Third, because I’m impressed by how Chris Macari rules the whole French rap video game. From Rohff to Booba, NessBeal to Mac Tyer or AP from 113 among others, this independent guy directed ALL of them in the past months.

And last, because my French peeps who want to be always on top of the streets slang will learn a good lesson listening to NessBeal punchlines ! I let you guess what is Amnezia…
